Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling guidelines
Remove waste regularly
