About The Position
As a Dishwasher at Concord Hospitality, you will help maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety. By thoroughly cleaning and organizing dishware, cookware, and utensils, you support a safe and efficient environment for the culinary team. The role also includes maintaining the wash area and assisting with additional cleaning projects as needed.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment.
- Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation.
- Promptly clear spills and keep equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean to maintain kitchen safety.
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed, and keep the wash area organized.
- Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required.
