This position is responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, cookware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are met. This includes promptly collecting used items from various stations, restocking clean wares, and maintaining an organized dish area to support kitchen and service teams.
