About The Position

Temp Dishwasher position in Kinston, NC. Mega Force in Kinston is looking for a dishwasher who will maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by efficiently washing dishes, utensils, and cookware while supporting kitchen staff during high-volume service periods.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies to designated storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors.
