About The Position

As a Dishwasher at our central commissary, you will be responsible for keeping our production equipment, utensils, and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized to the highest standard. Requirements

  • Attention to Detail: You take cleanliness seriously and don't cut corners.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending throughout a shift.
  • Reliability: Punctual, consistent, and a dependable member of the team.
  • Coachability: Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to SOPs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or HACCP environment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment, utensils, and food-contact surfaces according to established cleaning schedules and SOPs.
  • Operate commercial dishwashing and sanitizing equipment safely and correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit, wash stations, and surrounding production areas throughout your shift.
  • Follow proper chemical handling and dilution procedures at all times.
  • Document cleaning and sanitation activities as required.
  • Communicate any equipment issues, damaged items, or sanitation concerns to the production supervisor.
  • Support the team during changeovers and end-of-day deep cleans.
