Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleanliness of industrial dishwasher
Wash all glassware and other utensils by hand when necessary, using the triple sink system
Complete cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and sanitary workstation
Replenish stock of clean dishware as needed
Restock items as needed
Ensure the garbage has been taken out and bins cleaned thoroughly
Other duties as assigned
