Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to maintain excellent safety and sanitation procedures.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Applicants must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
None required.

Responsibilities

Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
Hold inverted glasses over revolving brushes to clean inside surfaces.
Wash pots, pans, and trays.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and cutting boards and kitchen equipment
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers.
Steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
Sort bottles, and break disposable ones in bottle crushing machine, if applicable.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assist in set up and cleanup of banquet tables when necessary.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
