About The Position

We are looking for Dishwashers to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

Washes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and small wares in accordance with established procedures.
Organizes and properly stores all clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.
Removes garbage and recycling promptly and disposes of waste in accordance with established sanitation and safety standards.
Cleans and maintains kitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, dry storage and dish areas.
Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions.
Maintains organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations.
Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.
Other duties as assigned.
