About The Position

The Dishwasher is a part-time role in the Food & Beverage department, scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The position is responsible for dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties that support the dining room and kitchen. Duties include washing utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware; cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to established schedules and procedures; maintaining the dish room; and sweeping and mopping kitchen-related areas. Compensation is hourly, from USD 15.15 to USD 16.50. Requirements

Be a self-starter.
Be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
Be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move frequently during working hours.
Be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware to reset the dining room.
Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
Clean the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel.
Sweep and mop the dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to the kitchen.
