About The Position

The role involves maintaining kitchen sanitation, washing and restocking flatware/silverware, assisting with stocking deliveries, light food preparation, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Maintain sanitary condition of kitchen in accordance with J. Rieger & Co. standards.
- Washes used flatware and silverware
- Replenishes kitchen spaces with clean flatware and silverware
- Helps stock delivered food and non-food items.
- Assist in light prep
- Ensure that kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
- Demonstrate high degree of drive and initiative.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned by the chain of command
