About The Position
The Dishwasher washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. Keeps dish room and equipment clean and organized. May require independent judgment in the disposition of routine matters without direct supervision. Will work under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef.
Requirements
- Able to work in a standing position for prolonged periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Multi-task oriented.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Washes and cleans tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Keeps dish room and equipment clean and organized.
- Follows all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Willing to come in contact with chemicals as needed per the position.
