About The Position

Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is seeking a Dishwasher to support its Food & Beverage operations. This role is crucial for maintaining clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining areas. The Dishwasher will ensure that cooks and servers have the necessary tools to provide excellent service while upholding health and sanitation standards. This is a seasonal position operating during the operating season.

Requirements

• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs, and remain standing for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
• Teamwork mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work the full season.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Ensure all items meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist with general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Take out trash and recycling as needed during and after shifts.
• Follow safe practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain a professional attitude toward coworkers and guests.
• Perform additional related tasks as necessary.
