The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining and strictly abiding by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements. This role involves maintaining complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, using equipment and tools properly and safely, and using correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. The Dishwasher will adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and respective areas, and wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils/equipment.
