About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is opening a new location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026 and is seeking dependable, hardworking Dishwashers to support the kitchen and ensure smooth operations. This role is an opportunity to join a respected restaurant group, take pride in your work, and grow within the company. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in the restaurant's success by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, supporting both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) teams during service.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume food service kitchen
• No prior sushi experience required—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
