About The Position

We are hiring Dishwashers for our new restaurant opening in Pasadena this month. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and able to keep up with a fast-paced kitchen. This role is key to maintaining a clean and efficient operation. About The Daily Catch Founded in 1973 in Boston’s North End, The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian seafood and pasta institution known for authentic East Coast flavors and craftsmanship. With three Boston restaurants and a seafood wholesale business, we’re proud to bring our heritage to the West Coast with our first California location - opening in Pasadena in Spring 2026. We will be serving fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with our classic Sicilian recipes, that have satisfied seafood lovers for over 50 years!

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with trash removal and kitchen cleanliness
• Support basic prep tasks as needed
• Maintain health and safety standards
