Nice To Haves

Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, walls, trash areas, and kitchen workspaces.
Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing kitchen deliveries and supplies.
Restock clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and service items throughout the kitchen.
Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns to management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
