Requirements
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment required.
- Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage and walk-in cooler; sweeps and mops floors as needed.
- Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Performs daily cleaning of dry storage areas, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
- Stores all dishes and kitchen wares in designated proper areas.
- Follows safe work practices in all job duties.
- Washes, cleans, and sanitizes all dishes and ensures kitchen is cleaned after closing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
