Requirements
- Strong work ethic, able to work alone or as a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a hot and humid environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Teamwork focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
- Take out trash as needed
- May be asked to assist with basic kitchen tasks
- Other duties as assigned by management
