About The Position

In this position, your main responsibilities will include performing necessary responsibilities for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties. This includes washing all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for the reset of the dining room, and cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, work surfaces, and the kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. You will also clean the dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning the dishwasher, and shining stainless steel. Additionally, you will sweep and mop the dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to the kitchen.

Requirements

Must be self-starter
Must be able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently during working hours
Must be able to lift, and carry up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
