About The Position

Dishwasher
Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We’re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries, and world-class tasting rooms. Currently, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to fill an immediate opening for a Dishwasher at our Waterbrook Winery Tasting Room in Walla Walla, WA. The Dishwasher reports directly to the Tasting Room Manager.

The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient tasting room environment. This position ensures all glassware, dishes, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitized to support daily operations and events, while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift items up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Availability to work weekends and evenings, especially during events

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure a steady supply of clean glassware and service items for guests and staff
• Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Assist with general cleaning duties including floors, counters, and waste disposal
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low
• Support team members with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events as required
• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Complete tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor
