About The Position

The Dishwasher helps maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen to support food service during restaurant hours and private events. This role is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes and cookware, keeping the dish area orderly during service, supporting general kitchen cleanliness, and assisting the kitchen team as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, and able to keep pace in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Work in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, and handling wet or soiled items
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong work ethic and teamwork

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
  • Keep dish station clean and organized throughout service
  • Assist with general kitchen cleaning: sweeping, mopping, trash removal
  • Maintain cleanliness of sinks, floors, and storage shelves
  • Help restock kitchen supplies and dishes to appropriate stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support kitchen team with tasks as needed
  • Assist with event cleanup and breakdown as needed
  • Perform other duties as required or requested by management to support our operations.
