About The Position
This position maintains all Stewarding functions. Responsible for cleaning of all china, glass, silver and serving equipment; facilitating all plate-up and delivery of all food to prospective functions; set-up and breakdown of all Banquet buffets; cleaning of all Food & Beverage food prep and servicing areas, to include main kitchen, concessions kitchen and back hallways. This position requires stooping and lifting. Substantial standing, walking and pushing and or pulling of equipment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs to the waist. Works throughout the building.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
- Strong ability to work with other staff members in the facility.
- Results oriented individuals with the ability to meet required time lines.
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
- Must adhere to local Food Codes.
- Must be quick with counting and simple arithmetic.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of all food to prospective functions.
- Delivery and set-up and breakdown of all equipment to prospective functions.
- Cleanliness in both kitchens.
- Running and maintenance of the main dish machine.
