About The Position

The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a key role in keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position supports the kitchen team by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall workspace readiness.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Role is repetitive and detail-oriented in nature
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to operating procedures and health and safety standards
Demonstrates attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and compliance
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Daytime availability required, including shifts beginning at 9:00 AM; schedule based on production needs

Nice To Haves

No formal education or experience required
Previous experience in a dishwasher, kitchen, or foodservice support role is a plus

Responsibilities

Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards
Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains
Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery
Performs routine cleaning of refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom
Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
