About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Steward to join their busy culinary team at the Boston Marriott Newton. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, and pans, and keeping the kitchen organized. The Boston Marriott Newton is a premier property with 430 guest rooms and extensive meeting space, offering a dynamic work environment that prioritizes growth and development within a supportive culture.
Requirements
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using a commercial dishwasher or by hand.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by sweeping, mopping and taking out the trash.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
