Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish areas, dining spaces, and service stations.
Assist with basic food running, table clearing, and resetting tables as needed.
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in a professional manner.
Support servers, kitchen staff, and management with day-to-day operational needs.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Monitor supplies and communicate shortages or maintenance concerns promptly.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties according to restaurant procedures.
