Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment
- Restock clean dishes and utensils throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized dishwashing area
- Ensure kitchen cleaning supplies are stocked
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, including taking out trash when needed
- Restock salad line items and prepare ingredients for service (washing, cutting, and stocking)
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards
- Present yourself professionally, with friendly and respectful communication
- Follow uniform guidelines
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by your manager
