About The Position
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) and BlackBird Cider Works (BCW) are seeking a Back-of-House team member to support food prep and dishwashing. This role is crucial for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and preparing ingredients for service, especially during high-volume periods. Responsibilities
- Support all staff with dishes and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Handle food preparation.
- Manage prep inventory.
- Set up the kitchen for success, particularly during high-volume shifts.
