About The Position
Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) and BlackBird Cider Works (BCW) are seeking a Back-of-House team member to support food preparation and dishwashing. This role involves handling dishes, glassware, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, preparing food items, managing prep inventory, and setting up the kitchen for success, especially during high-volume periods. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, enthusiastic, loyal, and inspire others, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness, safety, and a supportive, team-focused attitude. This is a part-time position that requires evening and weekend availability.
