Responsibilities

Wash and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
Keep the dish area, kitchen, and workspaces clean and organized
Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Help receive and organize deliveries
Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Remove trash and maintain clean floors and storage areas
Support cooks and other team members as needed
Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
