About The Position

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Prep Cook. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This position also assists with general kitchen cleaning and organization to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties as assigned.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and storage areas.
Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and dining areas.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift and at closing.
Clean kitchen equipment, shelving, walls, and food preparation areas as assigned.
Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries when needed.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
