The Dishwasher/Porter is the heart of the culinary operations and allows the kitchen to run smoothly. You will work closely with the culinary team and support the overall café operations. Handling all food, storage and cleaning activities for the store location in compliance with federal, state & local health and safety regulations. Maintains the sanitation for the back of the house including, removing garbage, cleaning floors, coolers, freezers and stock areas. Responsible for keeping the dish pit, line and prep areas organized and clean. Replenishing dishes in the front & back of the house. Clear communication with the Culinary Manager on supplies and equipment needs. Other duties as assigned by management.
