Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), 1-3 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend documentation in English including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Utilize calculators to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to obtain forklift and/or pallet jack license.
Ability to lift and/or carry occasionally up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Learn and follow all MGK HACCP, SQF, SOP, and SSOP programs.
Comply with all Food Safety procedures at all times.
Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow standard operating procedures to safely handle corrosive chemicals, extremely hot water, and sharp tools, using proper care and precautions.
Learn and follow proper mixing procedures and safe handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
Follow special washing procedures for designated equipment or items.
Report any damaged items or equipment to the shift supervisor immediately.
Collect and transport items to the dishwashing area for cleaning and sanitizing according to standard operating procedures.
Return all sanitized items to their designated locations and ensure all parts and pieces are accounted for.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
