About The Position
Under the supervision of the Nutritional Services Sanitation Coordinator, the Nutritional Services Sanitation Aide is responsible for ware washing, soiled tray cart retrieval and maintenance of a clean and orderly work area.

Responsibilities
- Prepares dishmachine work stations.
- Cleans and sanitizes dishmachine work stations during and at the conclusion of shift, following established policies and guidelines.
- Adheres to infection control and food handling procedures as outlined in department standards.
- Safely operates equipment related to position; reports maintenance needs and malfunctions to Coordinator(s).
- Exhibits a commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude when change is needed.
- Maintains records for area equipment.
- Utilizes and demonstrates knowledge of MSDS sheets.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
