About The Position
We are looking for a responsible, active, and organized Dishwasher / Lavaplatos to support daily kitchen operations, ensuring that utensils, trays, pots, equipment, and materials are always clean, organized, and available for the team during service. This position is key to keeping the kitchen workflow running efficiently. The role requires a quick, hands-on person with a good team spirit and willingness to support various needs within the kitchen. It is a physically active role, requiring standing, moving quickly, and maintaining order and hygiene throughout the shift. The schedule may include rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher, kitchen utility, food service, or similar positions preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and physically active operation.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to move, lift, and organize materials or supplies as operationally needed.
- Responsible, punctual, organized, and reliable person.
- Good team spirit and willingness to support various needs within the kitchen.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as per operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Wash utensils, trays, pots, pans, small equipment, and materials used during operation.
- Keep utensils, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and available for the kitchen team.
- Maintain the dishwashing area clean, organized, and operational throughout the shift.
- Properly organize and store utensils, equipment, and materials after cleaning.
- Follow hygiene procedures, food safety standards, and internal cleaning standards.
- Support the kitchen team with general operational needs according to service flow.
- Collaborate with other support tasks within the kitchen according to business needs.
