The Dishwasher ("Lavaplatos") position performs cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards. This role ensures an environment as free of contamination as possible with concern for the health and welfare of clientele and associates. Responsibilities include cleaning floors and walls of kitchens and back-of-house Food & Beverage areas, cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces, placing soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area, and washing and wiping ovens and stovetops. The position also involves stocking cook lines with clean plates and performing additional duties as directed by the leadership team.
