About The Position
Properly cleans & sanitizes plate ware, glassware, utensils & equipment for guests & employees, utilizing appropriate sanitation guidelines, cleaning solutions & adhering to company policies as well as state & federal law regarding sanitation of dishes, etc. Place clean plate ware, glassware, utensils, pots/pans & other items in specified areas for use by kitchen staff & guests. Keep workstation areas clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops & emptying trash. Perform shift and/or closing duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Must have full range of motion in arms, fingers, hands, and legs.
- Ability to lift, push or pull minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in hot, damp environment.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
