The Dishwasher I is responsible for operating dish machines to company standards, using proper measurements of detergents and sanitizer, and restocking all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. This role also involves disposing of garbage, breaking down, cleaning, and sanitizing the dish machine at the end of the shift, and keeping dishes and other storage areas clean and organized. Any other duties as requested by management may also be part of the role.
