About The Position
3 WEST Restaurant, part of Harvest Restaurants, is seeking a full-time dishwasher at its busy location in Basking Ridge, NJ. Harvest Restaurants has specialized in providing a place for people to experience enjoyment for almost 20 years, focusing on sourcing local produce and artisan products, and even having their own working herb gardens. With rustic décor, wood-burning pizza ovens, and beautiful indoor/outdoor patios, each Harvest Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. The company operates Roots Steakhouses in Ridgewood, Summit, and Morristown, 3 WEST in Basking Ridge, and Taverns throughout Northern New Jersey, serving steaks, pastas, seafood, and salads. This role is for an entry-level worker/dishwasher, and due to the utmost importance of cleanliness and sanitation, a detail-oriented, hard-working individual is sought to lead the dishwashing team.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, will train the right candidate.
- Resourceful, clean & well organized working habits with attention to detail.
- Personable, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to think quick on their feet and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
