About The Position

A Dishroom attendant is responsible for handling washable items to ensure they are properly cleaned and stowed. This role is crucial in maintaining the operational flow of the dishroom and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Up to one year of experience is preferred.
• Must possess a current U.S. driver's license.
• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule, which may vary and include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Must arrive to work on time.
• Must comply with company policies.
• Must complete paperwork and related administrative duties.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during the shift.
• Must regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Separates washable items such as trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and silverware.
• Places items on the dishwasher conveyor belt for washing.
• Retrieves items from the conveyor belt and stows them as required, which may include packing according to customer diagrams.
• Follows directions accurately.
• Works effectively as a member of a team.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
