Responsibilities
- Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmosphere
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots/pans and smallware's
- Responsible for leaving the dish area free of all used dishware and equipment at the end of shift
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, ceilings, walls, mats, and other parts of the restaurant as needed
- Clean other areas/equipment of the restaurant as needed
- Keep kitchen clean by sweeping, mopping and emptying trash as needed
- Complete assigned prep work
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- Attend scheduled employee meetings
