The dishwasher will be responsible for washing dishes with an automatic machine during high volume. They must ensure the plates are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked for kitchen use during operating hours. They will also be responsible for cleaning all kitchen utensils at the end of the night to ensure we meet health code requirements. This is a part-time position and requires availability for evening shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM, Tuesday through Saturday, as needed. The establishment is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
