About The Position

This role involves the cleaning and washing of dishes, cutting boards, glassware, and silverware. The position also includes maintaining clean glass racks and their proper storage. Additional duties may involve the removal of garbage, cleaning of containers, and floors as directed by the Chef. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work effectively with peers, staff members, and regulatory agency personnel.
• Must be able to obtain Oklahoma Racing License

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities
