About The Position
Born from a small restaurant in New Orleans� Mid-City neighborhood, Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group has grown to operate two brands with over 20 restaurants throughout the Southeast (and still growing!). Requirements
- A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
- No restaurant experience needed.
- Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
- Load, run, and unload dish machine.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately and maintain all safety standards.
