Our specialty, Xiao Long Bao (小籠包)—meaning "little dumpling in a basket"—dates back over 1,000 years to China’s Song Dynasty. This iconic steamed dumpling, cooked traditionally in bamboo baskets, has been perfected over centuries by different regions of China and is now lovingly crafted in our kitchens to offer an unparalleled authentic experience. Our company is seeking both part-time and full-time Dishwashers. Our Dishwashers clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, and are also responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas. Requirements

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure dish machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes.
• Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line.
• Assist the prep cook during AM prep.
• Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.
• Be punctual and on-time.
