About The Position

Wash and sanitize all dishes and pots/pans for multi-venue food outlet. Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed. May assist with receiving of food products. Set-up break-down of dining areas. Receive and stock cleaning items. Sweep/mop floors in the dish room and food court. Remove trash and take to trash receptacle.

Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position.
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds, unassisted.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work.

High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items.
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems.
Maintain clean and sanitary dish room.
Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed.
May assist with receiving of food products.
