About The Position

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. The role also includes assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks, along with other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor. The employee must follow governmental and company policies. This is not an all-inclusive job description.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dishware and utensils.
