About The Position

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. The role also performs assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks, as well as other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, while following governmental and company policies. The position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. The job description is not all-inclusive.
