About The Position

Dish Machine Operators (DMO) are responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware and utensils to support the continued smooth operation of the restaurant. They also perform assigned sanitation and housekeeping tasks, along with other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor. The role follows governmental and company policies. This position requires standing for up to 8 hours during a shift, lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and full mobility of the hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. The job description is not all-inclusive.
