About The Position

The Disguise Programmer is responsible for programming and preparing immersive visual content for weekend experiences and events at Crossroads. Working directly with the site team and in close collaboration with the Disguise Integrator, the Wonderwall Creative Team, and the broader Experience Team, this role owns the Disguise programming workflow from asset review through final show-ready delivery. A key responsibility of this role is owning and programming the Disguise timelines used at Crossroads sites. The Disguise Programmer takes creative content, Experience Maps, and production direction and translates them into organized, reliable Disguise timelines that can be handed off to Site Lighting Directors and Disguise Operators for execution. The ideal candidate has experience programming and operating Disguise media servers in live events, theatre, broadcast, concerts, or installations. This is a highly technical yet creative role that bridges creative content and live production, ensuring visual assets are accurately implemented, reviewed, validated, and prepared for reliable execution. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team building the future of storytelling in the church.
