At Regions, the Incentive Analyst helps to administer corporate line of business incentive plans. This position develops and provides reporting from incentive applications. The role involves conducting analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performance, developing models to determine incentive plan payouts, and interacting with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design, payouts, and sales performance. The analyst may also work as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issues, audit and validate results between the systems of record and end results as needed, and is responsible for ad hoc analysis. This position may lead a team of associates and requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in its discipline or function. The incumbent will interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions/best practices, solve complex problems, and take a broad perspective to identify solutions. They will work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations, and may serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
